2024 Fall Fest Vendor Application

The 2024 El Paso County Fall Fest will be held on Saturday, October 26th at the El Paso County Fair & Events Center. This year, Vendors will be located in the Whittemore Bldg. allowing for larger spaces and heat.

Fall Themed, Spooky, and Whimsical items given preference.

10'x10' indoor space. 1 - 8' Tables & 2 Chairs per space are included - $35 ($40 with power)
Food Trucks outdoor (optional 50amp or 30 amp power) - $75 ($100 with power)
Outdoor - (please indicate power & size needs) $35 ($40 with power)
Grounds open at 11 am for set-up.
Refunds will be issued if the event is canceled. No refunds based on weather.
Vendor Spaces are priced lower than our usual events. Please provide treats to hand out to children as part of the fall fest/Halloween theme.

Buildings will open for set-up at 10am.
Load out may begin at 8 pm.
